COVID-19 Prediction
using ECG Signals
The COVID-19 pandemic created a demand for diagnostic tools to assist in the detection and management of the disease.
In this study, I explored using machine learning to predict COVID-19 infection in patients, aiming to provide
a non-invasive and rapid diagnostic tool.
I trained a RESNET model that predicts COVID-19 with an ROC AUC score of 99.98% using
Electrocardiogram (ECG) signals from wearable devices.

With the outbreak of COVID-19 and the global pandemic that followed in
2020, a need for faster ways for diagnosing respiratory diseases arosed.
In this project, I trained a RESNET model that predicts COVID-19 with an ROC AUC

Prediction
As floodwaters spread they can threaten lives, inundate properties
and businesses and prevent access to essential public services.
I created a model to predict the probability of a region flooding
based on various factors. This model achieved an R2 score of 0.86.
